Are we living in a loop?

We had vimanas mentioned in the Rigveda, a book written around 1500 BC, with aerodynamic designs and systems that arguably explained how they were powered. If it happened then, there must have been a reset, and we developed cars again in the late 19th century. Another significant example is the construction of the Pyramids, and the tools used to carve the Kailash Temple out of a single stone, which were lost in Kalyuga. If, for instance, we believe this, do you think we are in a loop? And if so, how can we exit it?
